The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized office environment while assisting various departments with their daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: Office Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises. Manage office supplies and keep stock levels in check. Handle minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and ensuring they are well-prepared for meetings. Courier and Mail Management: Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages. Arrange for the dispatch of outgoing mail and packages. Maintain a log of incoming and outgoing deliveries. Assistance to Employees: Assist employees in various departments with tasks as assigned. Run errands and purchase office supplies as needed. Provide support during office events, meetings, and training sessions. Security and Safety: Ensure the office is secure by locking doors and monitoring visitors. Follow safety guidelines and report any security issues. Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform miscellaneous tasks as requested by the management or colleagues. Uphold a professional and helpful attitude at all times. Qualifications: Minimum 10th-grade education. Prior experience as an office boy or peon is a plus. Knowledge of basic office maintenance and supplies management. Strong communication and organizational skills. Punctuality and a high degree of reliability.
