Designation : Software Architecture Lead / Programmer
Job Description : Objective: To design, develop, and lead the development team in creating the ERP system software, ensuring it meets all technical and business requirements. Responsibilities: ● Lead the software development process from conception to deployment. ● Design and implement software architecture that is scalable, reliable, and efficient. ● Oversee the development team, providing technical guidance and leadership. ● Develop high-quality code for critical components of the ERP system. ● Ensure software compliance with industry standards and best practices. ● Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and integrate feedback into development. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. ● Extensive experience in software development and architecture. ● Proficient in programming languages relevant to the project. ● Strong leadership skills and experience leading a development team. ● Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
