Salary shouldnot be a constrain for a good resource Industry – Office Equipment / Automation / IT Software &SoftwareServices / Electronic / Security and Surveillance Functional Area – Sales Role – Team Lead - Sales Employment Type – Permanent Job, Full Time Work location – Kolkata (Remote) Client Facing Role [client Visit] – Yes Shift Regular, 5 Days working 2  Guiding, mentoring, monitoring & accompanying the team in introducing company servicestonew prospects / clients through networking, cold calls, referrals, presentations &salescampaigns  Guide the team member on ways to enhancing the dealer network & sales throughthem, through new dealer’s appointment, cross selling, sales campaigns etc.  Guide and motivate the team members on how to maintain relationship with existing dealers/ system integrators (SI) through periodic calls, presales support – client visits &product demonstration, credentials pitch, solution pitch, bidding assistance, BOQ / BOMassistance, escalation resolution.  Ensure effective management of the sales process and end to end sales cycle for bothEndcustomer & Channel sales right from lead generation, appointment with the clients, client visits, credentials pitch, solution pitch, product demo, rigorous follow up to achievethefavourable closure and conversion of the lead & finally handover to the account management team.  Accompany team members for presentations to the top level personnel, negotiations&necessary dealing with prospective customers / dealers  Developing, maintaining and maturing sales pipeline by rigorously driving the dealers/ SI network & rigorously driving the team for lead cycle through the end customers Required Skills  Minimum 6 years in hard-core End to end sales cycle experience B2C & B2B sales  Experience of leading a team / mentoring team members  ELV sales experience is a must  Excellent verbal and written communication Skills as well presentation skills  Experience on complex deals  Experience / Ability to understanding Client's needs and offering right solutions Desired Personality traits  Aggression, Self-Drive & Result orientation  Strong work ethics and sense of commitment  Strong Interpersonal Skills  Ability to work in a faced paced environment Key Result Areas  Revenue Generation & realisation  Client management - maintaining relationship with all potential & existing customersfor augmentation of business.  Team Management for Managerial roles  Ensure closure of clear Scope of Work with client Key Performance Indicators  Volumes & Revenue achievement  Conversion ratio  Average deviation from list price  Time of initial response.
