Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Network Administrator to join our team at Techno India Group. The Network Administrator will be responsible for maintaining our organization's network infrastructure, ensuring its smooth operation, security, and efficiency. This role involves managing both hardware and software components of the network, troubleshooting network issues, and implementing necessary upgrades and improvements. Responsibilities: Designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. Monitoring network performance and security to ensure optimal operation and protection against potential threats. Troubleshooting network issues and providing timely resolution to minimize downtime and disruptions. Performing routine network maintenance tasks such as software updates, patches, and backups. Collaborating with other IT professionals and departments to support various network-related projects and initiatives. Conducting regular network audits to identify areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance network performance and security. Documenting network configurations, procedures, and policies to ensure comprehensive and accurate records. Providing technical support and guidance to end-users regarding network-related issues and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational or corporate environment. Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, etc. Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, etc. Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and end-users. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred but not required.
