Job Description: Responsibilities: Channel Sales Management: Develop and manage relationships with channels, distributors, and dealers to drive sales and achieve targets. Distributor and Dealer Handling: Effectively handle the onboarding, training, and management of distributors and dealers to ensure optimal product placement and visibility. Sales Strategy Implementation: Implement sales strategies to penetrate the market, increase product reach, and achieve revenue targets. Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, market trends, and performance analysis. Requirements: Education: Any Graduate Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Channel Sales, with a focus on distributor and dealer handling. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to secure profitable deals. Target-Driven: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve common goals.
