Job Description : Candidate should have strong design skills, substantial experience working in town/urban planning, residential, housing sector with broad experience of strategic briefing, space planning, concept and design development through to implementation on site and post completion review. Bachelor's in architecture with preferred degree in Masters in City Planning(MCP) Masters in Urban and Regional Planning(MURP) Candidates who are aluminus of NIT, IIT (masters) will be suitable. Should have a good working knowledge of Autocad, Excel and Photoshop. An understanding of Revit, Powerpoint and Sketch-up would be useful although not essential. Should have a good knowledge of Building bye-laws and National Building Code. Candidate should demonstrate a collaborative team-working style and enjoy working to tight deadlines. Candidate should be able to work effectively with people at all levels and from all backgrounds and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Responsibilities include: Coordinating town planning/ mixed use project efforts in order to ensure effective execution from initial concept to construction at site. Lead and communicate effectively with the internal and consultant teams Develop and monitor scope, budget, schedule and quality
