Job Description : Key Responsibilities Support the Sales team in achieving targets by onboarding new customers and maximizing revenue. Update sales calls and leads regularly in the Sales Module/CRM system. Maintain daily inquiry logs with accurate and timely feedback. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal departments. Coordinate pre-shipping and post-shipping activities, including KYC documentation approvals from Branch Managers. Handle customer service issues and manage escalations to Sales Manager, HODs, or Branch Manager as required. Develop marketing materials and sales presentations to support sales initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer requirements effectively. Prepare a list of prospective customers and conduct cold calling for business development. Submit daily MIS reports to the VP – Sales. Educational Qualifications Graduate in any discipline Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing (preferred) Experience Required 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in Customer Relationship Management / Sales Support
