Designation : Financial Analyst
Job Description : Responsibilities: Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making. Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and projections to support budgeting and planning processes. Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted financial performance. Evaluate investment opportunities, including ROI analysis and risk assessment, to support business growth initiatives. Develop financial models and scenarios to assess the impact of various business strategies and initiatives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for financial analysis. Provide financial support and guidance to department heads and project managers to ensure financial objectives are met. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes affecting the business. Skills Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial analysis software. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
