Designation : Financial Reporting Consultant
Job Description : Job description: We have an opening for a Healthcare Clinical/Financial Reporting Consultant. This Consultant position will be focused on providing expertise for the design and build of custom reports related to Patient Management and Revenue Cycle Management. The Consultant will be responsible for providing high-level consulting to our hospital and academic medical center clients. Roles and Responsibilities Requirements : - Consultant will serve as Subject Matter Expert of RCM reports, extracts and cubes. He/she will work with our clients to define solutions to needs or problem areas and to determine scope of investigation required to obtain solutions; - Consultant will be primarily responsible for providing custom reporting and extract solutions related but not limited to: 1> Patient Access Management, Location and Bed Management, Insurance Plan Management, Charge Management, Financial Transaction Management, Reimbursement Management, Guarantor Billing and Collection, Billing Audit and Reconciliation, Patient Receivables Management and Revenue Management. 2> ADT, Case Management, Hospital Census Management, Medication Reconciliation, Plan of Care, Clinical Notes, Orders, Assessments, Lab Results, Provider Documentation, Medication Administration, Pharmacy and Critical Care Management. Consultant will architect and develop extract process and framework to fulfill customized downstream applications and business data needs. They will also translate business requirements into technical requirements, test conditions and expected results; - Consultant will also prepare written deliverables for client and Caerus management as defined in project scope, while complying with engagement standards, status report submission procedures, deadlines, and client specifications/requirements; - Consultant needs to have hands-on expertise in the design and build of custom reports for Healthcare applications using Crystal Reports. Experience with ETL development, SSIS, SSAS will be helpful but not required; - Consultant must possess the ability to understand the integration mechanism of various components within the application suite and the functioning of the associated business processes and operations; must be able to work effectively with all levels of client staff; must be forward thinking; should have the ability to meet project deadlines; must possess high level of energy and professional acumen; must be able to work independently or as part of a team; - Experience in Healthcare Analytics (preferred); - Experience with Healthcare applications such as Epic, Cerner Soarian or Cerner Millennium (preferred); Candidate must have: - Strong knowledge in database concepts, database performance tuning, data profiling and data validation, dimensional modeling. - 4+ years of experience in database development using SQL Server stack 2012 or above. - Core experience in building complex SQL Queries and implementing indexing in MS SQL Database to perform computing on large scale Databases. - Experience in creation of complex stored procedures involving but not limited to CTEs, explicit transactions, XML shredding and exception handling. - Excellent understanding of T-SQL programming. - Experience in writing SQL scripts and/or creating SQL jobs for generating flat files or populating spreadsheets. - 4+ years of experience in SAP Crystal Report. - A strong knack for implementing automation techniques (EXTREMELY VITAL FOR THIS PROJECT).
