We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to join our team. As the Marketing Head, you will be responsible for driving the marketing efforts of our organization, with a focus on content writing, social media marketing, and LinkedIn link building. Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote BMC Support and Accounting Services Pvt Ltd. Create high-quality and engaging content for various marketing channels, including blogs, articles, website content, and social media platforms. Manage and enhance the company's presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Identify and engage with key influencers and industry experts to build relationships and expand the company's reach. Monitor and analyze social media and website metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing collaterals, such as banners, infographics, and videos. Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery across all channels. Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) purposes. Implement link building strategies on LinkedIn to increase the company's visibility and credibility. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tools and techniques. Provide regular reports and analysis on marketing activities, including key metrics, campaign performance, and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, business development, and product management, to align marketing strategies with business goals. Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in content writing, social media marketing, and LinkedIn link building. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research. Experience in managing and leading a marketing team is preferred. Familiarity with the accounting or finance industry would be a plus. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
