Job Description : Responsibilities: 1. Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and understand business requirements. Design, develop, and maintain ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Implement customizations and enhancements to meet specific business needs. 2. Coding and Programming: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in languages such as Java, C#, or Python. Develop and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation. Contribute to the development of custom modules, interfaces, and reports within the ERP system. 3. Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing to ensure code meets specifications and is free of defects. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and address software bugs and issues. Implement best practices for code reviews and participate in peer reviews. 4. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development activities, including design specifications, code documentation, and user manuals. Document and communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 5. Integration: Work on integrating ERP solutions with other business systems and applications. Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless integration with third-party tools. 6. Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve technical issues and challenges related to ERP implementation. Provide timely support and troubleshooting for endusers. 7. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and system administrators. Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as an ERP Developer with 4-5 years of hands-on development experience. Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, or Python. Proficiency in database management, particularly with SQL. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
