Job Description: As an HR Manager at Kshetry Hotels Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in managing our human resources functions. You will be responsible for creating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that support our organizational goals and enhance the overall employee experience. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall mission and goals. Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring the selection of qualified and capable candidates. Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Maintain HR records and documentation, including employee files and performance evaluations. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment and promote employee engagement. Requirements: MBA in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
