Job Description : Responsibilities: • Call, Chat, Email all new and fresh tuition leads generated on a daily basis • Explain the parents why online tutoring is beneficial for their kids • Fix a free trial class for the interested parents and students • Coordinate with both parties to make sure they attend trial class on time • Take feedback of trial classes from parents and sale class subscription packages • Call all past students or parents who have taken trial classes earlier but did not subscribe to generate fresh sales. Candidate Experience and Requirements: • 12 years of Academic Counseling preferably in an online tutoring company • Very much fluent in Hindi and English speaking. • Good command over business email writing • Knowledge of GSuite, GMeet, Zoom and other tools • Willingness to meet daily trial booking and subscription sales • Any Graduates with experience in academic sales Salary and Work Terms: • Salary CTC 2832K per month, PF included • Incentives on meeting targets • 5 days of work from office • Immediate joiners preferred
