We are seeking a creative and skilled Textile Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in designing and creating innovative textile patterns and designs for our clothing and fabric products. Key Responsibilities: Textile Design Creation: Develop original textile designs that align with the company's brand and market trends. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create digital design prototypes. Create and modify patterns, prints, and color combinations. Material Selection: Research and source suitable materials and fabrics for various projects. Collaborate with suppliers to obtain fabric samples for design and quality evaluation. Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest fashion and textile trends. Provide input on market trends and design directions for upcoming collections. Sample Development: Work closely with the production team to create sample textiles for product testing and approval. Make necessary adjustments to designs based on feedback. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and consistency of textile designs throughout production. Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain design standards. Documentation: Maintain records of all design specifications and changes. Prepare design briefs, color charts, and pattern specifications for production. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Textile Design or a related field. Proven experience as a Textile Designer, preferably in the fashion industry. Proficiency in textile design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD. Strong understanding of fabric types, prints, and color combinations. Excellent artistic and creative abilities.
