Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes a safe and supportive learning environment for students, teachers, and staff. Ensure adherence to the CBSE curriculum and guidelines, overseeing curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation. Lead and mentor a team of qualified teachers, encouraging professional growth, and promoting a collaborative work environment. Implement effective teaching and learning methodologies to enhance student engagement and achievement. Monitor and assess student performance and progress, implementing strategies for continuous improvement. Establish and maintain strong relationships with parents, engaging them in the education process and addressing their concerns and feedback. Collaborate with the school management, staff, and parent-teacher association to develop and implement school policies and procedures. Manage the recruitment, selection, and orientation of teachers and staff, ensuring the school has a highly qualified and motivated workforce. Oversee the school's administrative functions, including admissions, student records, examinations, and discipline. Promote a culture of innovation and technology integration in teaching and learning. Stay updated with educational trends, research, and best practices, implementing relevant initiatives in the school. Represent the school in local and regional educational forums, networking with other schools, educational organizations, and stakeholders. Requirements: Master's degree in Education or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience, with a significant portion of experience in a leadership role. Strong knowledge and understanding of the CBSE curriculum and assessment practices. Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to create and maintain a positive school culture and learning environment. Familiarity with the use of technology in education. Experience in curriculum development and implementation.
