E-Commerce Executive

Position Overview:

As an E-Commerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our online presence. You will be responsible for maintaining our e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and contributing to our online sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

1. E-Commerce Management:

   • Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on various e-commerce platforms.
   • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.

2. Order Processing:

   • Process online orders promptly and accurately.
   • Track order status and communicate with customers regarding order updates and delivery.

3. Customer Support:

   • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, products, and deliveries.
   • Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

4. Content Management:

   • Create and update product images, descriptions, and content to optimize product listings.
   • Ensure that product information is accurate and up to date.

5. Promotions and Campaigns:

   • Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns and promotions.
   • Monitor the performance of campaigns and provide insights for improvement.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

   • Generate reports on e-commerce performance, including sales trends, customer behavior, and website traffic.
   • Use data insights to make recommendations for improving online sales.

7. Quality Assurance:

   • Conduct regular quality checks on product listings and website functionality.
   • Report and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketplace operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
