Job Description : Position Overview: As an E-Commerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our online presence. You will be responsible for maintaining our e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and contributing to our online sales growth. Key Responsibilities: E-Commerce Management: Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on various e-commerce platforms. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability. Order Processing: Process online orders promptly and accurately. Track order status and communicate with customers regarding order updates and delivery. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, products, and deliveries. Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience. Content Management: Create and update product images, descriptions, and content to optimize product listings. Ensure that product information is accurate and up to date. Promotions and Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns and promotions. Monitor the performance of campaigns and provide insights for improvement. Analytics and Reporting: Generate reports on e-commerce performance, including sales trends, customer behavior, and website traffic. Use data insights to make recommendations for improving online sales. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on product listings and website functionality. Report and address any issues promptly. Qualifications: Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketplace operations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising is a plus.
