Job Description : We are looking for a Female Back Office Executive to manage day-to-day administrative and backend operations, ensuring smooth coordination and accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities Handle data entry, record keeping, and document management Prepare reports, letters, and internal correspondence Coordinate with internal departments and support front-office staff Maintain files, databases, and office records Assist in billing, follow-ups, and basic office administration Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company data Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email) Good communication and coordination skills Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible Preferred Skills Prior back-office or administrative experience (preferred) Ability to multitask and work independently Work Location Park Street, Kolkata Interested candidates may apply immediately.
