The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, administration, and generalist activities. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding. Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies. HR Generalist Functions: Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement. Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Facilitate orientation programs for new hires. Administration: Oversee administrative functions related to HR, such as attendance management, leave tracking, and documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Employee Benefits: Administer employee benefit programs and ensure timely communication of relevant information. Conflict Resolution: Address employee concerns and conflicts, working towards effective resolution. Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and keep abreast of changes in employment laws. Qualifications and Experience: Education: MBA in Human Resources or related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR, with experience in both HR generalist roles and recruitment. Skills: Strong understanding of HR principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
