Designation : Sales Officer
Job Description : Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage sales through existing and new channel partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring high levels of engagement and sales performance. Identify new sales opportunities and actively generate leads to expand the company’s distribution network. Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are achieved on a regular basis. Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and channel partners. Coordinate with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns and promotional activities. Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings and market trends. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM software. Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and issues. Regular reporting of sales performance, challenges, and market insights to senior management. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Channel Sales. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and sales closing skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Good understanding of the Orissa market and consumer behavior.
