The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the continued success and growth of the company. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate the company's vision and mission, and lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve organizational goals. Operational Oversight: Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and safety in Road, Highway, and Bridge construction projects. Financial Management: Drive financial performance and sustainability, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company's presence and revenue streams. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and industry partners. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the executive team and the entire organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks to the organization, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Quality Assurance: Ensure that construction projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. Innovation and Technology: Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, implementing cutting-edge technologies to enhance project delivery. Community Relations: Represent the company in the community and maintain a positive corporate image. Qualifications: ME / M.Tech in Civil Engineering, specializing in Road, Highway, or Bridge construction. Minimum of 15 years of experience in leadership roles within the construction industry. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale construction projects. Strong business acumen with a focus on financial management and strategic planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to navigate and thrive in a dynamic and competitive business environment. Location: The position is based in Assam, India.
