Develop, implement, and enforce security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and protection of all employees, assets, and facilities. Supervise security personnel and teams, ensuring proper training and readiness for emergency situations. Conduct security assessments and recommend improvements to existing security measures. Collaborate with various departments to address security concerns and implement comprehensive solutions. Manage access control systems, surveillance equipment, and emergency response protocols. Maintain strong relationships with law enforcement and relevant agencies. Provide regular reports on security measures and incidents to senior management. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to security. Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and managerial abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in security management and administration. Knowledge of security protocols and best practices. Ability to handle crisis situations effectively. Understanding of technological systems for security purposes. Adherence to ethical and professional standards.
