We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Hardware & Networking Engineer to join our team in Kolkata. As a Hardware & Networking Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the hardware and network infrastructure of our clients. Responsibilities: Designing and implementing hardware and network solutions for clients based on their specific requirements. Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware devices such as servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment. Conducting regular network performance monitoring and analysis to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Managing and maintaining the local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and other network segments of our clients. Assisting clients with network-related issues, including connectivity, security, and performance problems. Collaborating with the technical team to develop and implement network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches. Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as hardware upgrades, firmware updates, and system patches. Documenting network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to maintain an accurate record of the network infrastructure. Providing technical support to end-users and assisting them with hardware and network-related issues. Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in hardware and networking.
