As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth within the logistics sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics and cargo industry. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Actively contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitors. Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and other relevant documentation. Achieve set sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and customer service to ensure smooth project execution. Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities. Eligibility Criteria: MBA or Postgraduate degree in business or related fields. Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales and marketing within the logistics or similar industry will be preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, target-driven, and a quick learner. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A good understanding of business development strategies and market research. Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
