Job Description : Job Title: Office Executive Company: Polytek Synergy Ltd. Job Location: Kolkata Position Type: Full-Time Salary: Up to Rs 25,000 per month (Salary depends on interview performance) Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day office operations efficiently. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. Maintain and organize office files and documents. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and financial statements. Support in HR and administrative tasks as required. Communicate with clients and external stakeholders. Maintain office supplies and inventory. Ensure the office environment is tidy and conducive to productivity. Provide general administrative support to the team. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as an office executive. Graduation completed in Commerce or Science stream. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Excellent communication and writing skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of accounting principles or experience in handling financial documents is a plus. Familiarity with office equipment and basic IT troubleshooting. Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
