Designation : Compliance Executive
Job Description : Oversee and ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Fire License, Trade License, and other statutory requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance-related documentation. Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Collaborate with different departments to address compliance-related concerns and provide necessary guidance. Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's compliance obligations. Handle the licensing process efficiently, including applications, renewals, and liaising with regulatory bodies. Visit factories and other relevant sites to monitor and enforce compliance measures. Assist in responding to inquiries and requests from regulatory authorities. Eligibility Criteria: Graduate or MBA (HR) with a focus on compliance. Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance roles. Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, Fire License, Trade License, and related documentation. Excellent organizational and documentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.
