Job Description : Job Description • Train internal employees. • User (client) training. • Track the training progress for client& internal team. • Regularly review and update program learning objectives. • Lead the training need analysis for the business. • Evaluate individual, organizational&client end development needs. Collaborate with the IT team to enhance existing programs. • Prepare various reports such as checklist & training evaluation report. • Analyse the feedback from the training programs and take corrective action, if any. • Design and develop training programs. • Design post training engagement modules. • Prepare training PPTs & content. Desired Profile • Excellent communication skill • Good presentation skill • Well versed with MS office • Graduate in any stream • 5 to 7 years’ experience in corporate training
