Designation : Hotel Sales Manager
Job Description : Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive hotel and banquet revenue Generate leads and acquire new corporate and individual clients Manage banquet sales including events, conferences, and group bookings Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and site visits Coordinate with operations team for smooth event execution Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Monitor market trends and competitor activities in West Bengal Prepare sales reports and MIS Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any discipline Minimum 3+ years experience in hotel/banquet sales Strong network in West Bengal market (mandatory) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Target-driven with good client handling ability Preferred Skills: Knowledge of hospitality industry trends Strong presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
