Job Description: Techno India Group is seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing intuitive, user-centric interfaces that enhance the overall user experience across our digital platforms. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into engaging user experiences. Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and enhance UI/UX designs. Create visually appealing graphics and UI elements that align with brand guidelines and enhance user engagement. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design to continuously improve design processes and outcomes. Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs and maintain design consistency across all digital platforms. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience of at least 2 years as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders. Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to evolving project requirements. Prior experience in educational or e-learning platforms would be an advantage.
