Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team at Tarun Enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, preferably within the construction industry, and possess excellent analytical and organizational skills. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, on a monthly and annual basis. Manage the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals. Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes. Assist in the preparation of tax returns, audits, and other regulatory filings. Mentor and train junior accounting staff to ensure high performance and professional development. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the construction industry. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
