Job Description : Job Description: ● Client handling; be present in the studio to help clients ● Have a deep understanding of the House of Ksara ethos & portray the finesse of our garments to the client ● Ensure the studio is presentable & in order at all times ● Schedule appointments- virtual & in-store ● Maintain bill book & POS ● Create an order report and share real time with team ● Handle alterations & measurements ● Ensure fittings & finishings are as desired ● Quality control & assurance process ● Hand over orders to production team at the end of the day, and coordinate to ensure timely deliveries ● Coordinate with the design team in case of bespoke garments, and share images with client for confirmation if needed ● Ensure timelines are followed, keep the client in the loop & share updates with them ● Receive payments & hand them over to accounts department (50% advance at time of order, and full payment must be received while delivering) ● Communication with clients post the order is taken, and delivered ● Respond to inquiries ● Reach out to clients post delivery for reviews ● Keep track of orders received from retail stores & online platforms ● Bi-weekly sales analysis & client interest review ● Record client data, feedback’s & reviews ● Monitor stock reports & discuss replenishments ● Identify brands & organise in store Pop-Ups
