Job Description : Predicta Digital provides cost-effective SEO and comprehensive digital marketing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses across Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney. Predicta Analytics offers data-driven consulting and business intelligence services to help clients make informed decisions through advanced analytics and reporting. As part of their expansion, the company is strengthening its team in Kolkata to support operational efficiency and build partnerships with academic institutions for internship programs. Role: Operations Executive Location: Kolkata Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid readiness required) Experience Required: Minimum 3 years Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred Key Responsibilities Office Administration Manage day-to-day office activities including correspondence, scheduling, and documentation Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to administrative protocols Assist in bookkeeping tasks such as invoice processing, petty cash handling, and expense tracking Support payroll processing and maintain accurate attendance and financial records Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate the complete recruitment process: job postings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews Manage onboarding procedures for new employees, ensuring alignment with company policies Liaise with colleges and universities to coordinate internship programs, including candidate selection and orientation Vendor & Stakeholder Management Manage executive calendars and coordinate key meetings and performance reviews Draft and manage official correspondence on behalf of the executive team Ensure compliance with internal policies, reporting structures, and operational guidelines Prepare and submit regular reports on administrative and operational activities Skills and Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration platforms such as Google Drive, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or Bengali is an advantage) Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity Attention to detail with the ability to adapt to changing priorities Familiarity with payroll processes, HR documentation, and timesheet management Willingness to travel interstate when required Additional Requirements Reliable internet connection and backup power support to enable hybrid or remote work as needed Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary package (including fixed and performance-based components) Opportunities for continuous learning, professional development, and career advancement Exposure to international digital marketing and analytics operations
