Designation : Domestic Tour Executive
Job Description : The Domestic Tour Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating domestic travel itineraries for clients. This role involves handling end-to-end operations and sales for tour packages, including planning, booking, and providing guidance throughout the travel experience. *Key Responsibilities:* - Plan and organize domestic tours, including transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing arrangements. - Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable tour packages. - Liaise with travel agencies, hotels, and other service providers to finalize bookings. - Manage bookings and payments for clients, ensuring the timely delivery of travel services. - Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints during the travel period. - Prepare travel itineraries and provide clear instructions to clients before departure. - Maintain updated knowledge about travel destinations, trends, and regulations in the tourism industry. - Assist in marketing and promoting new travel packages. - Handle customer inquiries and provide information on destinations, tour packages, and related services.
