Position Overview: As an SEO Executive at Kofuku Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to enhance our online presence and drive organic traffic to our websites. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful SEO campaigns, a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, and a passion for staying updated with the latest trends in digital marketing. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance the online visibility of our brands. Conduct keyword research, analysis, and optimization to drive organic traffic growth. On-page and off-page optimization, including content optimization, link building, and metadata improvements. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to track key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website content and structure. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to continually optimize strategies. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing. Proven track record of successful SEO strategies and improving search engine rankings. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software/tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Salary and Benefits: Annual CTC: 3-4 Lakhs / PA Competitive salary package commensurate with experience and skills.
