Designation : Sales Executive
Job Description : Infres Methodex Pvt. Ltd. is a renowned provider of office automation solutions, catering to a diverse range of industries. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the office automation products segment, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for revenue growth and profitability. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our office automation products. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, negotiating terms and closing deals effectively. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead in the marketplace. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company, reporting regularly on sales performance and activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling office automation products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals effectively. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving sales objectives. Knowledge of office automation products such as photocopiers, printers, scanners, and document management solutions is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM software for sales tracking and management. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a high level of integrity and professionalism. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
