Job Description : Job Summary: Hue Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and skilled L2 Hardware Engineer to join our team in Kolkata. As an L2 Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving hardware-related issues for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of computer hardware components, troubleshooting techniques, and excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues reported by customers or internal teams. Conduct thorough hardware tests and diagnostics to identify problems and determine suitable solutions. Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware components, including CPUs, RAM, storage devices, and peripherals. Collaborate with L1 support and other teams to escalate and address complex hardware issues. Respond to hardware-related queries from clients promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and updates. Conduct periodic maintenance and ensure hardware systems are in optimal working condition. Stay up-to-date with the latest hardware technologies and advancements. Provide timely reports and documentation on hardware-related incidents and resolutions
