Job Description : Job Title: Sales Executive Company: FINAL TOUCH DECOR PVT LTD Job Location: Kolkata Eligibility Criteria: Any Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience. Preference given to candidates with Interior Design knowledge or experience in the Building Materials industry. Responsibilities: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling to achieve sales targets. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Present, promote, and sell company products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timelines. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role. Proficiency in English and Bengali. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Fast learner and passion for sales. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently. Prior experience in Interior Design or Building Materials industry (preferred). Salary Range: Annual CTC: 1.8 Lakhs - 2 Lakhs / PA (Based on experience and qualifications)
