Job Description : Job Description: As the Executive Assistant to the CMD at Cupid Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support and assistance to the CMD, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of executive office functions. Key Responsibilities: Calendar and Schedule Management: Manage the CMD's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize and coordinate commitments to ensure optimal time management and productivity. Communication and Correspondence: Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence for the CMD, responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate. Draft and prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Meeting Coordination and Preparation: Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agenda preparation, and distribution of relevant materials. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as directed by the CMD. Information Management: Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information, records, and documents. Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, databases, and archives in an orderly manner. Project Support: Assist the CMD in managing special projects, initiatives, and strategic initiatives, providing research, analysis, and administrative support as required. Monitor project timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exercising professionalism and discretion in all interactions. Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, board members, clients, and vendors. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and matters. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
