Job Description : Anzen Exports Pvt Ltd is seeking a proficient and detail-oriented Operation Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should possess a B.Pharma degree and exhibit exceptional organizational skills. This role involves overseeing operational activities, ensuring smooth processes, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage operational activities in accordance with company policies. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of pharmaceutical products. Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Maintain records of shipments, logistics, and documentation for regulatory compliance. Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and clients to facilitate seamless operations. Handle queries and provide assistance to internal teams as needed. Contribute to process improvements and suggest operational enhancements. Requirements: B.Pharma degree from a recognized institution. Proven organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with pharmaceutical operations is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Ability to work effectively in a team and individually. Location: Kolkata Annual CTC: 1.8 Lakhs - 2.4 Lakhs /PA
