Responsibilities: Contact potential and existing customers via telephone to introduce our products and services. Generate leads and qualify them based on established criteria. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or products. Provide accurate information about our company, products, and services to customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Maintain a comprehensive database of customer information and update it regularly. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate sales efforts and achieve common goals. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Requirements: Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and persuade customers effectively. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
