Designation : Marketing Executive
Job Description : Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets. Analyze competitors and industry trends to develop effective marketing strategies. Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell Technomed’s range of medical instruments and equipment. Identify and establish new business relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns promptly. Product Promotion: Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of medical instruments and equipment to potential customers. Organize product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers. Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding the use and maintenance of medical equipment. Stay updated on the latest product developments and industry advancements. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends for management review. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in the medical field. Preference given to candidates with experience in Modular Operation Theatre, Medical Gas, and Medical Equipment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Other: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
