Job Description : Key Responsibilities: Take dictation directly on the computer, draft professional correspondence, and finalize emails after review Handle company compliance matters related to ROC and Shares Organize and conduct Board Meetings: issue notices, maintain minutes, and manage records Maintain personal accounts, documentation, and files of the Director and family Handle and organize documents related to Income Tax, Mediclaim, and Insurance for the Director and family Collate and compile reports from Sales and Accounts departments; present them in Excel format to the Director Manage and safeguard all personal and professional documents related to the Director Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director from time to time
