Designation : Tender Executive
Job Description : Saboo Computers Pvt Ltd is a leading technology solutions provider specializing in IT hardware, software, and services. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Tender Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tendering process, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing tender submissions. Responsibilities: Identify and analyze tender opportunities relevant to the company's products and services. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation required for tender submissions. Prepare and submit tender documents in accordance with specified deadlines and requirements. Review tender documents thoroughly to ensure compliance with all terms and conditions. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and necessary information for tender submissions. Liaise with government agencies, corporate clients, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and tailor tender submissions accordingly. Maintain a database of tender opportunities, submissions, and outcomes for future reference and analysis. Monitor and track the status of submitted tenders and follow up as necessary to ensure timely responses. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to tendering processes. Assist in developing strategies to improve the company's success rate in winning tenders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in tender management, preferably in the IT industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex tender documents. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of attention to detail. Knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations is a plus. Experience using tender management software/tools is desirable. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or tender-related activities.
