With a strong emphasis on innovation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence, we are looking to strengthen our leadership team with an experienced SCM professional. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Supply Chain Management (SCM) operations. The SCM Head will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain functions including procurement, inventory control, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in supply chain or warehouse management, strong leadership qualities, and a strategic mindset. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire supply chain function from procurement to delivery Strategically manage warehousing operations in compliance with company’s policies and vision Optimize logistics and transportation for cost efficiency and timely delivery Develop and implement supply chain strategies that improve productivity and quality Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability at all times Identify and mitigate supply chain risks Coordinate with production, sales, and other departments to align supply chain activities Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners Lead and mentor the SCM team to improve performance and accountability Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines Requirements: Graduate in any discipline Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain management or as a warehouse manager Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management Excellent leadership and people management skills Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools is a plus Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
