Job Description : Job Description: GKW Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with significant experience in finalization of accounts. Responsibilities: Finalization of Accounts: Lead the process of finalizing the company's financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. Audit Coordination: Liaise with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and ensure compliance with audit requirements. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making. Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis and performance evaluation to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax planning activities, including preparation and filing of tax returns. Process Improvement: Continuously review accounting processes and systems to identify efficiencies and implement improvements where necessary. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior members of the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or equivalent. Alternatively, candidates with ICWA or CA (Inter) qualifications are also eligible. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting roles within listed companies. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with experience in finalization of accounts. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
