We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Sales Manager to join our team in Kolkata. Role Overview: As an IT Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of our software products and SaaS solutions in the Kolkata region. Business Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base in the IT sector. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and proposing suitable IT solutions to meet their requirements. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation activities such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals. Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our software products and SaaS solutions. Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions, and successfully closing sales deals. Sales Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing support and guidance to achieve collective sales objectives and foster a culture of success. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and analysis, providing insights into sales performance, pipeline status, and areas for improvement. Candidate Requirements: Graduate or MBA qualification. Minimum of 3 years of experience in software sales or SaaS product sales, preferably in the IT industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong business acumen and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Salary and Benefits: Annual CTC of INR 18 Lakhs. Attractive incentives and performance bonuses.
