Job Description : Key Roles & Responsibilities Accounts: Hands-on experience in preparing and finalizing accounts of a listed company in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and Indian Accounting Standards issued by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Responsible for the preparation & finalization of Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Annual Accounts within the requisite time frame Overseeing the process, monitoring, and approval of all payables & receivables Managing relationships with both Statutory and Internal Auditors to avoid any audit qualifications Monitoring budgets and variances, reviewing fund utilization, and providing inputs for better cash flow management Finance: Managing company finances including the banking function Preparing forecasts of company revenue, initiating & monitoring capital expenditure, and return on investment Exposure to the money market including mutual funds, tracking investments, and suggesting new investment opportunities to the management Assisting and providing guidelines in developing Detailed Project Reports (DPR), contract documents, and service agreements Taxation: Hands-on experience in direct & indirect taxation Ensuring compliance with all statutory matters including Income Tax, GST, and Tax Audit Management Information System: Developing an appropriate Management Information System for different functional areas Ensuring submission of MIS reports as per the fixed schedule Computer Knowledge: Must be computer savvy Proficient in Tally Prime Edit Log Gold
