As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Kolkata. Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with a passion for kidswear to drive sales and expand our market presence. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors while promoting our kidswear product line. Key Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends in the kidswear segment. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our kidswear products. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring they align with company objectives. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Customer Support: Provide excellent after-sales support and address customer inquiries and concerns. Market Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to the product development team for product improvement. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the textile or kidswear industry. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. Knowledge of the local textile and kidswear market in Kolkata is a plus.
