The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in commerce, with a focus on accounting principles, and possess excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities: Data Entry and Documentation: Accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions into the company's databases. Maintaining organized records and documentation for easy retrieval and audit purposes. Basic Accounting: Assisting in basic accounting tasks such as ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and journal entries. Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. Excel Proficiency: Utilizing advanced functions and formulas in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to track financial information efficiently. Communication: Coordinating with different departments to collect necessary information for accurate financial reporting. Responding to internal and external inquiries regarding financial data. Adherence to Policies: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in all financial transactions. Contributing to the development and improvement of back-office processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized institution. Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to use advanced functions. Good organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
