Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Producer to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creation, production, and execution of engaging video content aligned with our company's goals and brand image. Responsibilities: Conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with various teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Develop creative strategies for video content that resonate with the target audience. Scriptwriting, storyboarding, and creating shot lists for video production. Directing, filming, and editing high-quality videos using industry-standard software. Manage post-production processes, including editing, sound mixing, color grading, and adding visual effects when necessary. Ensure video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains high production standards. Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance video quality and engagement. Manage and maintain video equipment and tools, ensuring they are in working condition. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or related field. Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Video Producer or similar role. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, audio, and video production techniques. Exceptional storytelling and creative skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
