Designation : Senior Project Manager (Civil)
Job Description : Mukri Properties Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale real estate projects—residential, commercial, or mixed-use—from conception to completion. The ideal candidate must bring strong expertise in planning, execution, cost control, team coordination, and stakeholder communication within the builder/developer ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project lifecycle including design, approvals, construction, and handover. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently. Ensure compliance with RERA, municipal, and other statutory regulations. Drive strict adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards across project sites. Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Conduct regular site reviews and provide progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution of project challenges. Requirements B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree preferred. 15+ years of experience in project management within the real estate/builder sector. Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, ERP tools, and other project management software.
